SMS is an abbreviation of Short Messaging System, that mobile phones use to communicate between agreed participants. It is only recently that I learned what SMS stood for and wasn't surprised that it meant short messaging system. Sometimes we use technology without really understanding it! What I need to get my head around is the language that goes with it! lol
